Chicken Salad - Buffalo Style


I love this chicken salad served with fresh veggies on the side or 
between bread for a Buffalo Chicken Salad Sammy!

You'll Need -

1 Chicken Breat (shredded)
2 Large Stalks of Celery (chopped finely)
2 Tbsp Light Mayo
1oz Crumbled Blue Cheese (or to taste)
Buffalo Sauce (to taste)

Mix shredded chicken, celery, mayo and blue cheese. Once combined mix in buffalo sauce to taste.
